No notary appointment without complete paperwork — and advertising without a valid energy certificate risks a fine. We obtain both.

- Floor-area calculation and floor plans
- For apartments: declaration of division, meeting minutes, service-charge budget
- Energy certificate (demand-based or consumption-based)
- Building encumbrances register and contaminated-land register extract
Under the German Building Energy Act, the advertisement itself must already state the key energy figures, and the certificate must be produced at the viewing at the latest. We take care of it in good time so your marketing is never held up by it.
