We work deliberately within one region. A catchment of around 25 kilometres can be driven in a day — which is what makes it possible to actually know a property rather than administer it from a distance. As the radius grows, local knowledge thins out.
Because many of our clients grew up multilingual, we advise in German, English, Turkish and Arabic. At the notary appointment you are therefore not dependent on a family member to translate.
