Document checklist
These are the documents we need for the sale. Whatever you are missing, we obtain.
- Land registry extract (no more than three months old)
- Cadastral map
- Floor-area calculation and floor plans
- Building specification and planning permission
- Energy certificate
- Evidence of modernisation work carried out in recent years
- For apartments: declaration of division, service-charge statements, minutes of owners' meetings
- For let properties: tenancy agreements and a rent schedule
