We are estate agents, not mortgage brokers — so we do not advise on loans ourselves. Instead we put you in touch with partners we have worked with for years.

The advice, the offer and the contract are strictly between you and the financing partner. We make the introduction, pass on the property documents where you want us to, and stay reachable throughout — but we give no financing advice and make no financing commitment of our own.
It is worth settling the financing question before the first viewing. Knowing what budget is realistic makes the search more focused and lets you commit quickly when the right property comes along.
